Get presale codes and event lists in your inbox - not the spam folder
How do I whitelist Presale.Codes to stop spam filters from blocking my alerts?
You joined our list to get presale codes. Let's make sure you actually receive them.
Because ISPs and email apps use aggressive spam filters, time-sensitive emails can sometimes get caught in the crossfire. To ensure you never miss a presale, we ask that you add us to your trusted list of senders or your address book (often called "Whitelisting ").
Step 1: Check your Spam Folder
If you don't see a welcome email from Presale.Codes in your Inbox, it might have been flagged by mistake. Open your spam or junk folder, find our message, and mark it as "Not Spam" .
Step 2: Whitelist our address
Scroll down to find quick instructions for your specific email app or provider to ensure our emails always hit your primary inbox.
Select your email provider for instructions:
Are you using the best email provider for presales?
Because presale passwords are highly time-sensitive, your choice of email provider actually impacts your ticket-buying success. Some strict providers will force our dispatch servers to "retry later," delaying your delivery by 15 to 30 minutes when every second counts.
Best & Fastest: Gmail (Google)
Prone to Delays: Outlook, Hotmail, and ISP accounts (Comcast, Spectrum, Roadrunner, Shaw.ca)

When will my email arrive?
Before you check your spam folder, make sure the email has actually been sent for the day! Our daily newsletters are scheduled as follows:
Active Members (Early Edition): Sent daily around 9:45 AM .
Former Members & Guests (Late Edition): Sent daily around 10:30 AM .
*Times are approximate. High email volumes or major presale announcements can slightly delay delivery times.
