Help Finding Username & Password

Any customer may reset their password or change their password. Your old PayPal password will no longer work after you change it.

The following information has been kept for those who wish to continue using their PayPal issued password.

You may continue to follow these instructions if you wish. We recommend all users use the ABOVE link to reset their password instead.

Can't find your username and password? For older customers (before March 29th 2019) They are stored in your PayPal account, under the heading Subscription Details. Follow this simple guide to find them

A buyer with a personal account would access it by doing the following:

1. Log into your PayPal account.
2. Click here to view and manage your subscriptions
3. Click on the merchant related to your Presale subscription
4. The Username and Password should be visible on the left side of the page about half way down the page.
5. NOTE: If you wish to cancel your subscription from within PayPal you may do so from this page.

A buyer with a business account would access it by doing the following:

1. Log into your PayPal account.
2. Click Profile and select Profile and Settings from the drop down menu in the top right corner
3. Click My Money.
4. Scroll down and Click Manage Pre-approved Payments.
5. Click on the Merchant related to your subscription.
6. The Username and Password should be easy to see on the left side of the page (scroll down a bit if needed).
